Laser Cutting
We work with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, processing sheets in various thicknesses. Our CNC flat sheet laser cutting machine, featuring a 6000-watt laser, has a 6′ x 12′ work table and can process materials up to 1″ (25.4 mm).
CNC Forming
We form complex sheet metal parts to your specifications. Our Technology ensures consistent, uniform results, even in high-volume production runs. Our forming capacity. Up to 12 feet in length and up to 192 tons of pressure.
CNC Plate Rolling
Our 4-roll machine enables us to form a wide range of shapes in just one operation.
Saw Cutting
We provide saw cutting services for a range of materials, including tube, pipe, angles, and channels. Our saw cutting equipment can handle materials up to 20 inches wide and 25 inches high. With our automated material shuttle system, we ensure high tolerance and deliver accurate results.
Welding
We can process single-part and large production runs, working with Mild Steel, Aluminum, and Stainless Steel materials, and offering expertise in both MIG and Tig welding
